I'm building (in other words - this site is under construction). However, I'll briefly describe how I can help you.

I am a technical communicator. I don't simply "write manuals." I help your customers to be of one mind with your product, as quickly, smoothly, and painlessly as possible, thereby greatly improving your product.

In order to accomplish this goal, amongst other things, I write user and installation manuals for hardware and application software. I also write help files for application software. Graphics are used skillfully and effectively.
